Canadian Fleets Among North America's Best Fleets to Drive For
OTTAWA, ON - March 16 2009 - The 2009 Best Fleets to Drive For results have been announced, and eight of the twenty top fleets are Canadian.
Best Fleets to Drive For is an annual survey and contest run by the Truckload Carriers Association and CarriersEdge, in partnership with Over the Road. It identifies the North American for-hire trucking companies that provide the best workplace experiences for company drivers and owner-operators.
To be considered, carriers must be nominated by their drivers. Nominated carriers are evaluated on the range and depth of programs being offered, the overall effectiveness of those programs across key metrics, and the responses of surveyed drivers. The twenty fleets with the best overall scores are named Best Fleets to Drive For.
